5. Why are some bristles shedding from my VWAE brush?


Some initial shedding is normal when you first start using your brush. Our brushes are made with extra bristles to support this, so light shedding will not affect performance.


6. How should I clean my VWAE brush?


To clean your brush, use a

soft-bristle toothbrush or a comb to

gently remove buildup from the bristles.

For a deeper clean, lightly dampen the

bristles with a mix of water and mild

shampoo, then pat dry immediately.

7. Can I use the VWAE brush in the shower?


No, our brushes are made of wood and should not be used in the shower or soaked in water, as this can damage the brush over time.


8. What happens if my VWAE Butter melts during shipping?


VWAE Butter is made with all-natural ingredients and may melt if exposed to heat during shipping. If this happens, simply place it in a cool room at room temperature, and it will return to its normal consistency. The quality and effectiveness remain the same.


9. How should I store VWAE Butter?


Store your VWAE Butter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat to maintain its consistency.


10. What material is the VWAErag made of?
